5.0 SC restricted?

Hi,

Is the 5.0 SC restricted.
If so, what would the top speed be if it was de-restricted.

cheers

How long does it take to drain the fuel tank at 140mph? Laughing

XJ with the same engine does 155mph, which is presumably the limiter. So i would think the Range Rover is only limited by it's size, weight and gearing.

Absolutely is restricted, it's obvious there's more to come when you get to the limiter, same as the TDV8. Supercharged L405 is limited to 155 on 22" wheels - supposedly they did 180+ at Nardo in testing. Remember weight has no effect on top speed.
