Upholstery repair?

Anyone know of a reputable company that can do repairs on leather seats or replacement panels in the London region? Driver’s seat panel (closest to door) is worn quite badly, and there are two ‘puncture’ marks on the backrest of the passenger seat.

Any ideas gratefully received.

Hi,

I have a worn bolster like yours and found a guy called Paul at Leather Repair Master.

Not booked him yet but he seems to offer a good service.

Tempted to have a go at my bolster myself using this:

Won't fix the puncture holes though.

Andy

Hi Andy,

Thanks for that, I'll drop him a note and let you know how I get on.

Cheers

have you tried a good cleaner and conditioner on the bolster? Gliptone is good and so is the Auto glym cleaner. Mine was a little dirty when i picked it up, and it cleaned up a treat.

Wont help with the punctures though.

Leather dye is available, i did the bolster on the black seats in mt old one and it came up well. i used a pot of this in Black but they have the whole range.

Thanks both.
Paul at Leather Repair Master is on the case as he thinks he can help with the puncture marks. In the meantime I'll give the Auto Glym cleaner and care balm a go.
