vibration

hi
Just got back from Le Mans and on the way there my 2009(10MY) 3.6TDV8 developed a vibration that could be felt through the floor and seats. not noticeable under heavy acceleration but sat at around 80-85mph it can be felt. when lifting off power it is slightly more apparent. car has only done 42000 miles and i've done 8k since February and its been fine. seems to have always had light use too.

At higher speed on a quiet uk road ~100mph it is hardly noticeable at all to the point i don't think it is doing it.
There also appears to be more shunt in the driveline when coming down the box than previously and a bit when lifting off and then going back on the power.

can anyone give a guess as to what could be causing it. i'm going away for a week now and car will be parked up but will get it booked in once i get back but would be nice to know what i may be in for when it does go in.

cheers 2009(10MY) 3.6 TDV8 Vogue
