Just collected our superb 4.4 TDV8 in Santorini black.

Wondering if anyone on here has had their wheels painted? Don't think matt or gloss black will look right with Santorini but feel free to prove me wrong.
Thinking about a gun metal grey possibly??

I like the wheels as they are - agree that black doesn't suit IMHO - a darker grey would look nice, but unless the wheels need a refurb anyway, I wouldn't bother. If you kerb one of those you can pick up a replacement easily - once you start down the custom route, it's all a bit more hassle.

I had mine done in gunmetal as they needed a refurb anyway, was on a silver car though.... anyway every time i looked at them my instant reaction was 'they look dirty'. Back to standard colour now for me

I suggest you try Plasti Dip in gunmetal or black if they do not need a refurb.

This way you will get way you want, take it off if you do not like it, and it will protect you genuine finish.

You may even change color every season if you wish !

I'd suggest the plastidip too mate, just make sure you get 5 or 6 good layers onto it so it peels off fairly easily after you realise she doesn't like it. Dan
