Huge Police convoy this afternoon on A120 near Stansted Apt

Anyone know what was occurring today on the A120 near Stansted Airport around 4pm?

About 5 police 4x4s and approx 50 police motorcycles ? Thought it may be Michelle Obama heading back to Stansted but it turns out she is in Milan.
