Good afternoon can any body tell me how to get the gearbox shift parameters re set and what dose this involve and also is there a re running in procedure thanks Steve

Sorry Steveo 21 reviews and no replys. The only one I know is hold foot down on accelerator, turn ignition on and hold for sixty seconds, switch off and release. Don't know if it works but I think peeps on here have tried it.
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will know.
