One would of hope so, but the shot is far to blury to read the reg number
I can only guess it's the morning sun and shadows as well as speed of other car was traveling.
Camera was fine for the coach that was on the wrong side of the road last year .....that too was on blind bend.

Note the date....I think this is spooky

I have now trimmed the original footage, found an app for that for android!  If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!
