I certainly puckered up watching the video, pretty sure the road was not the only thing that had impressive skids

i had a few days in Dolgellau last week and the driving was shocking, even locals with trailers and animal trailers over taking me and pulling away im at 50 and weather was awful but still no change on the narrow roads, went to the Haven site at Porthmadog while i was there to see my old RR and he's still grinning about it but not a lover of the place tbh _____________________________________________________

Sure, you could have a word with the police. With all the CCTV, there's a good chance they can find a shot of the vehicle entering or leaving a junction to the road near the time in question. Their cameras should be able to catch the number plate.
