Replacing parking sensors

Thanks to the help on this site I have found the faulty rear parking sensor , does anyone have a method of replacing it?

Does the bumper have to come off?

Now I have to find the right one on eBay! CURRENT : FFRR 2012 4.4 TDV8
GONE : Discovery 4

Thanks but this only applies to the front bumper and includes checking with wiring, I need to know if you have to remove the rear bumper to replace 1 sensor? CURRENT : FFRR 2012 4.4 TDV8
