iid tool adjust suspension

Think my car sits a bit high at the front, I know it had both suspension units replaced by previous owner and could possibly be due to that but can anyone tell me if I can def adjust it on my model (my07 4.2) I may aswell get one if I was having to pay main dealer price

Checked these this morning and my front is 10mm high and rear 7mm low so I'll look into getting this done
