Adriod through bluetooth, Video on RSE?

Sorry for rough title, just learned that my FF supports BT phone connection from another post on the forum today (which made my Sunday) which leads me to another question. Is it possible to pair a pad (galaxy tab 3) to the car via BT and stream video content like i do at home from the tab to the tv?

They download movies via iTunes etc for watching offline, they aren't actually "connected" to the car as such. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
