Title say it all really, the drivers seat heater in my car (peltier cell) is simply intermittent some times I have a warm bum sometimes cold - anyone else had this problem, probably more to the point, has anyone fixed it and if so how  Geoff

Ive just learn't to live with mine, I feel under the drivers seat to see if the fan is spinning if not I turn off and on a few times at the rotary switch (I have convinced myself that switching on slowly works best - its probably ) if that doesn't work I restart the car - pretty much always works. But it is a PITA literally and restarting the car means pulling over and so I generally don't bother.
I suspect its sensitive to battery conditions so its most likely to give problems immediately after you've started the car - just when you want it to work  Geoff

The individual units (two in each seat) are replaceable... We do LOADS of them not very reliable me finks

This isn't intended as a suck up but I wish Craig was based up here in Lancashire as I know where I'd get my car serviced. Only said this because Hunters (local Main Dealer) just rang me saying I'm due (not in a Princess Catherine way) and that a 12 month annual service would be the bargain price of £450 I'm sure with "mates rates" I'd get 10% off that from Cam-Tech  Geoff

When you say units, are you saying the fans??
My drivers seat won't heat/cool.

I've looked at the fan (bottom one) and when I turn the seat on, it will spin for maybe 10-20 seconds and then cut off.

Can't find the exact fault tho..
