Ians Car

Well not got it yet.

Mrs is thinking it over tonight/tomorrow. But I'm pretty confident it'll be a yes.

2011 Vogue SE with a lovely spec.
Santorini Black with Jet Semi-Aniline Leather,

In addition to the standard VSE it has,
Adaptive xenons
Vision assist pack + blindspot monitor
Dual view
Rear climate (hot/cold) seats
4 zone climate
Rear recline seats
Rear screen entertainment
Harman Kardon Logic7 speakers
Half wooden steering wheel
Tinted rear windows

Hopefully the mrs will be in full agreement. It is a lot of money but replaces 2 cars and will be great for towing.

Its a no brainer.

I'm assuming the price is right and your head is ruling your heart.

Its the rear recliners and rear cold seats that would do it for me.

Is it an early Westminster - looks like WM wheels and the spec seems to be a late production run thing.

Thumbs Up 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

No it is a 2011 '11' VSE

I thought the wheels were WM but dealer said the WM car came out later.
I was looking at the WM as a possible car but couldn't find really well spec'd models like this one.

Head 65-70% heart 30-35%.

Just talking to the mrs and if my heart was 100% I'd probably say we would have went for a (don't hate me) X5 40d. Test drove it and it was a rocket ship.

But sensible head says FFRR because
a) i won't drive it like an idiot
b) it is far better for the dogs
c) more comfortable
d) better tow car

and most importantly
e) it is a Range Rover

Craig that is the hammer hitting the nail on the head.

It is exactly the same thing we said to each other. If we got an X5 we would always be sat thinking I wish we got the FFRR.

Mrs is coming round more and more. I secretly think she loves it she just doesn't want to give in to easy.

That's a fine looking chariot and deffo a VSE. The wheels are style 19 Autobiography 15 spoke with diamond cut faces. I know this cos the 2011 S/C AB I've just bought has them and I'm trying to find a spare. Space savers are no good for towing.

The executive rear seats are more than a little sexy too. I can see me wanting SWMBO to drive so I can sit in the back, recline the seat and watch telly. Thumbs Up

We've been quite lucky as it has a matching full size spare.

Mrs has said she'll be in the back with Midsommer Murders while I'm towing the caravan around.

I found a spare on eBay if any interest.

It does have the wings and i can confirm they are really comfy.

I was in the back whilst the mrs test drove it and it was a wonderful place to be.

That is a must have mod on the front seats.

Got the RSE too along with the remote in the armrest.

Only 2 sets of headphones even though we have dual view. The RRS cars we looked at had 3 headsets so the passenger could watch tv on the dual view.
