I just bought a non rusty tailgate 2nd hand (bargain price!) and OH fitted! (Copious amounts of waxoyl too) Very pleased...

my inner rear wheel arches had surface rust , the rubber that goes on the rear door traps dirt against the arch , I ground them down to bare metal and did a few coats of hammerite smooth silver, they look spot on now as its a good match to the cars silver |
