So i think i would be inclined to try another main dealer, explaining the problems you've had with your current one. It's amazing how different two dealers can be, even if they're just different branches of the same dealership!

If that fails complain directly to Land-Rover customer services, as most manufacturers do take poor service from franchised dealers seriously.

For clarity.

LR customer services will take the view that an approved used car, certainly one older than the initial manufacturer's warranty, is a matter for the selling franchised dealer to sort out, if there are non warranty issues in need of address ("strictly speaking sir, it is between you and them").

They will make contact with dealers in response to expressions of dissatisfaction and perhaps dealers prefer not to be on that radar.
