Well I`m telling you now if I were the RR driver and that goon was filming me,cussing me,calling me names and swearing in front of my kids I would politely SMASH HIS FACE IN out of sight obviously!

I have to confess to an altercation like this with a driver years ago in a mums and childs bay...after a heated exchange with my wife I'd heard enough....

I dragged him out the car...no filming needed  Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

The RR driver is wrong yes but there is no need for that outburst from the camera yielding idiot either IMHO.  If you have nothing nice to say,say nothing at all.

Ok ok hands up......maybe in haste I stuck up for the RR driver.......they are BOTH in the wrong!  If you have nothing nice to say,say nothing at all.

Having had my mirror and rear door scraped recently by some thick bint in a blue van (who did a runner - scum cow , hope she gets a dose of something ) I can understand why people park in child bays and disabled spaces .

TBH - I can't see what all the fuss is about - he's in the car, clearly waiting for someone on the shop

If the car was unattended, then fair enough

If he was asked politely to move, or there was a disabled driver looking for a spot & he refused to move - then he's a tw@t, but in this case, I think the bloke with the camera is generating a fuss over nothing.

Seats ??...
....as far as I know only that they are to be used by children of a certain height. My point was based on a specific car parking space for parent/child that after waiting a couple of mins for, a nipped in and jumped out. As my wife stopped him he gave her a host of abuse including "keep your legs shut and you wouldnt have kids".

I have a friend who genuinely needs the disabled parking places. If she is looking for a space and sees a non disabled driver take a disabled space in front of her thus preventing her from parking, she will park behind the offending vehicle and then amble off with her walking aids. Inconvenience her and she'll inconvenience you! Travelling around in circles again.

He may well be an inconsiderate or he may not, it's asy to judge without knowing the facts, how do we know his kid isn't disabled?
Could have numerous conditions or disabilitys that aren't obvious.

I once made a similar mistake when working for Halfrauds, pointed out to a guy diving out of a car the disabled bay hes inconsiderately parked in, turns out his passenger who I didn't fully see has a broken neck & paralysed, was local lad who dived into a pool at a quarry couple of years before. Many slices of humble pie swallowed..
