Last week in the old girl

Picking up a 2009 tdv8 next Saturday, final week with the 2002 & will be sad to see her go but it's for the best! Running costs were getting way out of hand, sometimes forget she's over 13 years old now. Having never been in or indeed drove a 3.6 am rather excited at the prospect with an 800 mile round trip as well, but visiting family in Huntingdon on the way down, so not all bad!
Some scrote has scratched the leading edge of the bonnet so will have to get the machine polisher out tomorrow if the weather permits, and then treat with kid gloves for the rest of the week. 22's are staying with the car , but have managed to get another set from a mate very cheap as they need a full refurb + tyres although the new one has a tasty set of 20's, so unsure whether they'll ever get fitted . I'll post up some sPares that are now surplus to requirements in the week. Going to be a week of sleeplessness!

2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey

My 3.6 has done everything I have asked it to. I do mother car's a bit but when I need them to work hard I do expect it. Lugging 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, 4 people, a 1800kg caravan through the UK and europe has never been an issue for it.

Good luck with the new motor ! Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........
