how to turn off email notification

In my profile ive deselected the email notification but im still getting them

I got about 30 yesterday and some more today, cant seem to stop them , what am I doing wrong?

I can only see a very small part of that screen shot you posted , but as I said , ive deselected email notification which is on the same page as that screen shot , first thing I checked
