There are CD emulators available for Fords out there, you'd have to find the closest ford equipment specked car and go from there, just like I did fitting the BMW X5 CD emulator to my 2003 ffrr. Not a straight plug and play affair, but doable.

I suspect that the FFRR MOST system is out of a US Ford model, and that the American forums would be the best place to search. I would look at the equipment in the Expedition as a good starting point. Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

I believe Baris specialises in the BMW kit, of whatever vintage. Our rr's left that fold in 2005, so I'd imagine he won't have knowledge. Ie he is a BMW specialist rather than a Range Rover specialist.
