Hi all

Other superceded part no are xqk500084, xqk500085, xqk500220, & finally lr024797 been superceded a few times anyhow I'm unable to source one anywhere landrover can do a new one for around the £650.00 mark
There are tons on ebay with part no

Has anyone tryed it before? they go for around 250 to 300

I have seen that post thanks
He must of done what I'm thinking of doing Only thing is I can't see the old amp part no Rolling Eyes
But I might have to just take a gamble connections are identical if it don't work I can sell it on Rolling Eyes
Ive linked the 2 fibre optic cables together this let's the touch screen come on no sound but confirms it's the amp once reconnected to amp I get flashing standby light & landrover logo on screen also the wet amp is a bit of a giveaway also lol. Welcome to the jungle G,N,R

You need to fix the leak and fit the water shedder from Land Rover before you put a replacement amp in.....

I have been trying to find the source even blocked up the back section & used smoke pellets then shut the tailGate a small amount of smoke escaped out the tailGate where they both butt together also been in the back & had someone else hose water all over I suspect it's when I was bringing it to car wash places & they use a pressure washer I've not been brave enough to try that yet

But cheers will get water shredder before fitting a new amp mine ain't got sat nav etc so I have also more room I was gonna remount it higher up its only the amp & phone module I have keeping it off the floor may help but it has lasted 10 years Thumbs Up Welcome to the jungle G,N,R
