iphone will not autoconnect

Funny one. I had to replace an iphone 5S with an identical phone following a manual interface fault (I dropped it).

Old phone was fine. New phone will not auto-connect.

It's driving me potty.

Anyone seen this problem before?

Car is a 2005 Vogue with touchscreen.

I think so - but would not swear to it.... I've since upgraded to an iphone 6 that has the same issue

You can have the firmware updated in the BT module... Maybe needs doing?

I only have an iphone 4 but it is hit and miss when connecting. Sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. Annoyingly it always tries to connect if I am on the phone near the car even though it's turned off Big Cry

Got the same problem with my RRV & iPhone 6- I was thinking that the car's phone list was full and looking to reset the Bluetooth maybe this is not the case
