Why two Vogue badges?

Not sure why you'd 'double Vogue' to be honest. If people mis badge it's often to make their car look like it's a better derivative than it is...e.g. sticking an Autobiography badge on a Vogue.

Funniest misbadge to date I've seen is an Autobiography Black badge on a Grey L322 when they only came in Barolo Black....
