Hi all,
do we know the exact built date of the last L322?
(not special armoured etc, just plain bog standard L322 - whatever engine it was)

I did not find anything in the search function on here.

He will be along....

It should be late july 2012 as the factory basically shuts down for August and they usually use that period to fit new production lines.

That said, since the L405 is not produced on the Defender/L322 previous lines, there may have been a few August/September L322.

Then the L405 came along in september.

Now you will find L322 first registered several months later still, but production has probably ended in late july 2012.

Thanks a lot gents, will need to have a nosey into the LR system with my "new" VIN then and see how old the "thing" is.... Might be April to June 2012.
I shall see it later anyway as soon as I have the service sheet in my hands, the delivery service date will tell a story (or not..)
