for dip/main, type D3S xenon - philips xenon extreme vision claim an extra 50% brightness..

United States 2014 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Causeway Grey

I know the difference between D1S (ignitor attached to bulb) and D2S (ingitor separate from bulb)...but can you use D3S in the 2008 D1S lamps? I am also curious for the brightest bulbs I can use which I believe are still the Osram CBI's D1S...but if you can run D3S maybe there is something brighter.
