Either will do the newer one is just smaller and easier to live with , longer range as well I have been led to believe . I have both types . With a 2008 car pulling the fuse very often doesn't work so most people here pull the power lead from the reviver unit which means a bit more work to dig it out of the right hand compartment in the back . 2008 MY Supercharged
