Any Good to anyone before i bin it FOC

Found this lying up on a shelf in the house , never used it and i don't think i ever will , so before i bin it just wondering if it is any use to anyone on here , defo sure it still works i don't have the cigarette lighter charger for it just the 2 small jump lead connector....
