Replacing batteries on post 2010 MY vehicles?

The battery on post 2010MY cars is a little more difficult to replace. I have successfully replaced batteries on 4.4 diesels by removing the 1 10mm nut from the back of the ecu bracket and swinging the ecu out of the way. Rest of the procedure is as the previous model. However I have not been able to swing the ecu out of the way on the Supercharged. The same nut is removed but the ecu will just not slide out of the bracket.

Any advice gratefully received...
