No problem - I'd be interested in them if I can confirm that they'll fit a 275 tyre on. Bearing in mind this will be an All-Terrain tyre and going off-road it needs to fit well as if it's a little narrow they stand a chance of popping off.

the wheels that jpr is selling are 8.5j in width so a 275 45 20 tyre size will fit that rim... ... - .- -.

Thanks stan but if they are truly 8.5 then according to this site then the maximum width is 255. Forgive my ignorance but does the J mean anything? Ed |

a particular tyre size will fit a range of rim sizes , the optimum rim size for the 275 45 20 is 9.5j but this tyre will fit a 8.5j rim..

Hmm, given the intended use (off-road with BFG Goodrich - assuming I can source some) then I might give Andy a call and see what his opinion is. I'd rather not push the limits of the rim since I'm thinking about taking the FF to Morocco at some point this year. Don't particularly want them popping off whilst in the middle of the Atlas mountains... Ed |
