Oh, I agree. The dealers in the Los Angeles area are a poor example of what a luxury brand should be, specially sales, but not much I can do about it since this is where I live. I have filled out all surveys hoping to convey some of the issues back to LRNA and ultimately LRUK. 2015 RR ATB (Scotia Grey w/Cirrus-Ebony)
