heated rear screen

hi all, when i switch on my heated rear window there is considerable interference with the radio, does anyone know why and is there a fix for it. its a 2003 RR HSE, thanks

United Kingdom 2016 Range Rover Vogue TDV6 Santorini Black

I had this problem after my dog scratched the rear window and damaged the heating bars. Turned out that the rear window also acts as a radio aerial.

I claimed on my car insurance for glass damage and they accepted the claim!

Not quite , the elements in the side windows are the radio aerials . 2008 MY Supercharged
Rimini Red / Jet
four zone climate
remote park heater
and no ugly kid windows.
