brake judder or something else?

help, I changed my front discs and pads not long ago.
Since then i have not done a lot of miles with them and i was getting a judder like warped discs, the faster i braked from the harder the wallup up through the steering wheel.
The garage i took it to put it on the rolling road and it certainly showed an imbalance in the brakes.
I got another pair of front discs under warranty from my supplier and they got fitted today and the same thing is happening.
In between this i got rear discs and pads fitted as well.
Does anybody know what else this could be?
The garage tried all the front end for play, wheel bearing, steering and suspension.
He now needs more time on it.

The rolling road was showing up both sides.
I thought if it was a sticky caliper it would bind and get hot but you never know.

the guy tried all the usual suspects for free play and could not find any.
were scratching our heads a bit and he wants the car for another day when he has more time.
its ok till about 60mph plus.

Sounds like what my me is doing at the moment. Have put it down to a warped disc get him to check the runout of the front and back discs to see if there is adiscrepancy.

Sticks my caliper should get hot. Though it may be intermittent on the fronts, the rears tent to be pretty muchnanconstant bind.

Also check the pads aren't seized in the caliper carriers. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

brand new discs fitted today, brakes feel great until im up to speed.
there is no judder at town driving speed.

Parts will be LR only, I would imagine.

To fit, they will need to be pressed out, and the bearings split.

Won't be cheap though...

My Disco 3 is suffering something very similar. Need to find time to fit 2 new hubs Big Cry

Sounds like this could be the problem, is it possible to test/check it or is that all there is that could give me those symptoms? i bought one on ebay that was surplus to requirements.
i will go and see the guy that was having a go at it tomorrow,

Canbe checked with a DTI for run out.

If the hub flange is warped, the disc won't run true, and cause judder. Other than that and discs, there is not a lot it can be(assuming disc mounting surface is spotless)
