United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver

Anyway my point is, and its only my opinion, that Land Rover are rather good at designing their cars and with the L322 they certainly got it right with all versions.

Therefore I have to say that any bling or add-ons that were not on a standard "as designed" car spoil it for me. Any older Range Rover car that has been properly face-lifted to a factory standard look is of course fine by me. Thumbs Up

Forgive my ignorance... but with exception the side bars and alloys everything looks like standard L322 LR parts (perhaps Powerful UK reproductions) and albeit from a later facelift - design pack grill, design pack side vents are hardly 'bling' as you put it Whistle Whistle Now: BMW 640d M Sport, Alpine White
Gone: Range Rover 4.4 V8 Vogue, Zambezi Silver, Charcoal Oxford Leather
Also: Mk1 Audi TT 1.8T Quattro, Brilliant Black

United Kingdom 2002 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Giverny Green

Hi Andy, Most of it is standard LR parts, apart from the wheels and the side vents, but hopefully the vents will be replaced this week, depending on DHL. The side bars have a LR sticker with a part number on them, I personal hate chrome BLING bits so the bars are getting powder coated black next week, I dislike chrome so much that when the car is goes in for paint to the vents, wash panel, mirror covers, grill surround, and a few little marks, I'm going to paint the chrome trim on the grill silver.

I think Gary was having his leg pulled Smile , as he likes his cars to look standard 2012.

We both had our cars done at the same place, mine a couple of weeks after Gary's. Lee Clark even sent me photos of Gary's car, to show me what a giverney green FF looks like Smile

Thumbs Up

Here is our green one after washing it today.
Still have plenty of polishing and detailing work to do on the body later this year, including removing the two lower door panel bumper strips.

Ebajema - I think your Galway Green SC looks absolutely fantastic - really suits it not having privacy Very Happy

Thanks and I totally agree. My 2006 SC has privacy glass and it makes it terribly dark inside even in Africa so that is why I went for this one and it is brilliant inside, feels light and more roomy, just the way I like it Wink. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

Not got any recent photos but these are when I bought it, changed the grille and side vents not long after. Fitted a full size number plate since.
Looking at the photos I think I may change the grill back for a while. Kept the originals just in case I sold.
Picture are nearly two years old now

A slight mistake in 2010 with Westminster Grey, but apart from that it's got to be green!
