I also have 22" alloys

But the diameter of the wheel/tyre combo will be the same as every other FFRR. So it makes no difference.
Bigger alloys = smaller profile tyres.

If it's a 1.9m multi storey then you will not have a problem. However, as has been said already, you will sh*t yourself every time you go to an up/down ramp and the concrete roof looms large in your windscreen. Open the sunroof to make yourself feel better/worse depending upon your disposition. Put the car into access height then press-and-hold the button until it locks the height before entering the car-park. The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile

A FFRR fits in the Metro Centre multi stories, but I can touch the roof beams through the sunroof. First time I took it in last week, and forgot about the height, ended up slamming the brakes on at the entrance to stop and check, people behind weren't too happy though Laughing 2006 Mercedes CLS

the great thing about outdoor parking is that you can easily see your FFRR because its so tall... ... - .- -.

Travelling up to Glasgow city centre in a couple of weeks and staying in a hotel on Bath Street at Buchanan Street end. Normally go via train, my TDI Golf or in FL2 I had before current RR so car park access height wasn't a problem.

Was planning on parking RR in a secure Q-Park so I don't have to return on an annual basis to visit various parts of my car, only trouble is the access height is given as 1.9m.

Can any of the guys North of the border tell me if they've parked in any Q-Parks Glasgow city centre and if clearance is OK.?

Alternatively can they recommend anywhere else secure to park with adequate height clearance.

Cheers

I would hope the handbook allows for the fin? Shocked

According to my manual the height is to the top of the fin Fox, at access height 1837mm, motorway height 1857mm, normal height 1878mm and off road height 1932mm that's on standard 19" wheels and tyre though

when you reach 65/70 mph the RR goes into motorway mode hight indicated by the orange light shifting to the left on the dash readout... ... - .- -.
