shouldn't be a problem getting a LR approved warranty on that.

I think you can get a land rover warranty, but you may have to pay for the dealer to give it the once over. At that age I think you will get an approved warranty, but over 5 years old it goes down to select warranty. Those warranties are described on the land rover site somewhere I'm sure. |

Yes upto 75K you can get a full Land Rover Warranty but it has to be done at the dealer after a health check over 75K at the start of the policy it drops to a select warranty which will not cover as much |

All RR under 100,000 miles can now qualify for the LR "Approved" extended warranty (£1455 for 12 months including roadside assist).

My son had the AA one on his car and after his alternator failed and he called the AA out after he broke down, they sorted it very quickly and without fuss.

Someone mentioned the AA. Worked out to be £110 per year (or there abouts) for a maximum £500 per claim, upto 5 claims a year. 2011 4.4 TDv8 Vogue SE

The AA warranty sounds ok but £500 claim limit is a bit light for a full fat but at just over hundred quid per year I suppose it's a bit of piece of mind.

As I say my lad had a new alternator and there was no hassle. I think there is a condition that the car "has" to break down, so things like oil leaks or air con would not be covered, but I would need to look at the small print. |
