Use a hairdryer on it, get it pretty hot and a lot of that will shrink back.... Pete

Last year I put a very small scratch in the back bumper of an Audi A6 from Hertz in Paris, they hit me with a bill of over €1000 for repairs and 'loss of use', even though I am a Gold President Circle member and had taken the excess cover!
