Hi all, I'm a social leper , I have a late 2003 FFRR with a stupid ashtray / cup holder that would be more in place in a Fiesta not a FFRR
If you have a FFRR and it has an unused ashtray and your thinking of changing it for a cup holder, wanna swop? Its in foundry silver, and they seem to be going for around £45 on fleabay. If your in the Herts, Beds, Bucks area I'm more than happy to travel to you and preform surgery and exchange parts Failing that I can live with a hole the console for a few days.
Oh and by the way the stupid ashtray bit (looks like a cup ) is F U B A R'd and needs to go in the bin , but the cup holder is fine  Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

The ashtray in the middle of the centre console, next to the handbrake?

Mine is silver, but I think it may have a small mark or two on it. Can get a pic tomorrow if that helps.

Is it much work to get it all out? my playtime is limited at the mo, until I'm off shift on the 7th.

I think you will find that the centre console for the cup holder and ash tray are different V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

So what your saying is that you can fit the cup holder to the ashtray centre console (powerful video) but you need to change the whole centre console to fit the ashtray,  Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Edit, it would appear that I'm in need of the console top too, as the ashtray will only fit the early ones The cupholder, however will fit both types
So with this in mind and not being able to do with out low range, I would need to do the swop in person and not via the post  Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
