Devon based company so could be associated with QT as they are just over the boarder in Cornwall, the video looks like it has been filmed up on Dartmoor in the rain.

Here is a Tomcat in the rain on Dartmoor a couple of Christmases ago

^its was a bowler wildcat and is now a qt wildcat.
Same thing Rolling Eyes
Just like bowler done the tomcat and then tomcat became a independent company that produced the 80" 88" 100" 106" etc
