Changing dipped beam bulb. Help please


hi guys
Looked on the wiki but didn't show me how to actually remove the bulb from the housing (I have a 2006 FFRR SC)

I've got as far as you can see from the photo but without brute force and the risk of damaging something I don't know how to remove the actual bulb to replace it
Any help please ))

the bulb in the square block is the whole light bulb unit.. ... - .- -.

correct , type D1S.....i can recommend getting 6000k bulbs for whiter light... ... - .- -.

Sorry mark what do you mean"+1"?
Also what about changing the fog/driving lights? Want the bright white rather than the warm yellow it is now

What's recommendations do we have?

Approximately how much are these in the uk? So I can decide if I'm paying stupid prices in moscow or not.

Tagging on to this thread. How do you determine the colour rating of the bulbs (4300k etc)? I have just purchased 2 x Osram xenarc D2S 66240 P32d-2 from the Bay of fleas.

I went for 4300k as I have recently changed the n/s headlight unit and wanted to match them up as the o/s bulb is showing a bit of discolouration.

They arrived this morning, very promptly and at a reasonable price, but there is no indication I can see of the colour temperature. If I search on the above code (66240) it doesn't help.

Any polite suggestions please? John

John, the bulbs you have had delivered are the standard 4300k temperature.. ... - .- -.
