United Kingdom 2016 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Mariana Black

Thanks Craig - Nice looking car but Black - I'm trying to be a bit pickey I'm afraid... Black is lovely when clean but they don;t stay like that with me - 135 miles a day to work and back.... Ash

the grey one is very nice Ash, what about the 'light' interior though might get a bit dirty? ... - .- -.

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Bournville

They both look good but for info the RSE rear screens on the grey one are not OEM so must have been added aftermarket. It would be worth checking how they function because I would think they wont work in conjunction with the front screen controls Thumbs Up 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

Light interiors are also easier to sell than dark and suit Range Rover interiors better in my opinion. Overal a nicer place to spend your time. Thumbs Up

PS: I have always had light interiors and have covered many many tens of thousands of miles and have never been able to make any of them dirty in any way at all... Whistle

Perhaps a silly question - but with this MY is there an iPod connection already built in (or an inexpensive lead to purchase)...

I bet the answer is LR can sell me a kit for £500 or something silly..! Ash

Most of the 2010+ RR I have taken in have had a pre "universal" older iPod only lead in the centre cubby but I am not certain that its standard as maybe an option?

PS: The socket is there anyway so as you will probably need to buy the new style i-connection lead anyway so no harm done.

I would not go to the 2010.

I'ts got the cheese brakes, and the 6 speed box, and that makes it a in-between generation car.
Better push the budget a bit more and go 2011 +.

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Baltic Blue

I can't speak for a 3.6 but I moved from a TD6 to a 2011 4.4 VSE and the difference is overwhelming. I think one of the main reasons to go for the 4.4 and not the 3.6 is the 8 speed box - its a dream, so smooth and responsive yet returning 30 mpg.

Also a VSE over a base Vogue if only for the comfort seats (not just the climatic function but the overall seat support and design is worth to slight price uplift IMO).

Dark or light interior will only ever be a matter of taste.

If it helps I acquired a Dec 2010 VSE in Stornaway with unmarked Jet interior (2011 model year spec) with 76k on the clock for £26950 private sale after negotiations. I'm actually glad I didn't go for a couple of 3.6's I was looking at now.

Hold on and find a decent 4.4 is my advice.

Good luck. Thumbs Up 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus
