Sat nav light staying on ( permanently?) is not correct. I presume you can see this from outside the car when it's locked.

Yes I pulled the cover back in the boot and when the car sleeps light is still on do you mean disconnect it at the boot end as I tried the fuse but then list the radio lol |

Yes, just disconnect it at the unit itself in the rear compartment. I "think" the radio should still operate as normal. |

Ok will try that does unit just slide forward out of holder |

It just slides forward in the bracket, there may be a lock nut on the bracket but I can't remember at the moment.

Hi sat in car for 15 mins then it went to sleep but sat nav was still drawing 0.44 amps disconnected this and it went to zero is this enough to drain battery in three days it's not totally flat but not enougth to start car |

At a constant drain of about 5W over 3 days it would certainly knock a hole in your battery's ability to start the car.

Yes that's what I plan on trying thanks for your help the other strange thing was when car went to sleep I was still in it but alarm never went off .? |
