They didn't put this functionality in the L322. It is present in the Evoque, new Sport and L405, and probably the Disco and disco sport.

Just found an app which will do it via Bluetooth to the handsfree, apparently, though I doubt it would give screen control.

Called blue2car, not tried it yet...... Will download and give it a try!

Aparently the sound isn't up to much though There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

My porsche doesn't play via bluetooth but it has a usb socket which iphone plugs into, comes up on source as 'ipod' shows whats playing and can change tracks via steering wheel and head unit etc

Anything like this on range rover? My x5 plays via aux cable but cant see whats playing or change tracks

From 2010 model year its a full interface with the iphone, so you see the tracks, playlists, etc, on the cars screen but it has to be done via a lead rather than Bluetooth Thumbs Up

You can connect one of these to the standard iPod lead that comes with the car:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/eSynic%C2%AE-Bluet...+bluetooth

You then pair your phone with the Esynic and you can stream music via BT. Works with any device that supports the old 30 pin interface. Works on my Bose Sounddock and Yamaha DAB radio.

App does work but as expected the sound quality isn't up to much, this in fairness isn't the apps fault, its to do with the bandwidth used for the handsfree bluetooth, 8khz, as opposed to 22khz for CD. Would be fine for spoken word stuff though. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

So Do I need a "Special LR" iPod lead. Just picked up my 2010 VSE and tried my own iPod lead in the USB port but nothing showed up...? Ash
