Side Indicator's remaval

Going to be order a set of these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RANGE-ROVER-L322-VOG...2eaf1267c9 to replace my horrible orange ones.

Quick question how to you safely remove the old ones? do the twist then pop out etc

Any info.

Thanks guys just thought id check as one of my previous cars think it was a 306 or gold i had to pop them out with a small screwdriver and slightly damaged the paint work.
