probably needs more than one application to get the full effect, mind you its been very very wet and then a very cold snap straight afterwards so even copious amounts of the gummi might not have helped. ... - .- -.

Thanks Stan, I'll try the spray on a different door when I can get in the car and get some more applied to the drivers door - no work today, in fact no work any day being retired so no rush I'll just wait for the sun to rise. Very Happy Geoff

supershuttle, i feel your pain - applied very liberally before xmas - heavy snow yesterday -5 last night - went out to feed the horses this morning and the damn beast is iced shut - wifes pug no problems......... awaiting defrosting

As I said no worries about the door, I bet all the other cars in our house open no problem. However I did notice something interesting when I was messing about - look at the nearside headlight Very Happy

Not long now:
Continuing on a brighter note (see what I did there as they say) SWMBO "remembered" a Christmas present she forgot to give me two or was it three days ago - its a heavy shirt I wanted and it fits fine. In fact I do remember she said I couldn't buy the said shirt myself before Christmas - so imagine my disappointment on the day - it would have been rude to ask Very Happy

defrosted now....... it was the rubber out with "felt" inner that had frozen.
Seals looked and smelt good, that being said i've just added more.....

just tried mine and it was ok, opened up fine...i've been applying the gummi for many months now so its reaped its award.. ... - .- -.
