Maybe they don't like Blackberry. Tried two and couldn't get them to pair.
Nokia Lumia, Samsung smartphones and iPhones have worked perfectly every time.
As for the 4.2? All that glitters is not gold. Like every car purchase, take your time to find one that has service and maintenance records that are hopefully as good as the cosmetic condition of the car. They say condition is King. So too is thorough research (e.g. on this forum) before committing to buying one.
Fantastic cars provided you have your eyes wide open to the realities, to running costs, have a good mechanical knowledge/ a good knowledgeable mechanic, a realistic contingency fund for repairs/ maintenance and/ or a good warranty.
I wouldn't necessarily be put off by apparent negative experiences of others either, just alert to the possibilities when making a decision to purchase:
