08 tdv8 tyre/wheel plaque & 18" wheels

The tyre plaque on my my08 tdv8 says I can fit 18" wheels. Is that correct? Pic below.

Thanks, it's not the luxury model if that makes a difference. How do I tell if it has Brembo brakes.

Why would LR put such a plaque on the car? Maybe a leftover from td6 models.
