Sat Nav woes

hi folks

Interesting sat nav lately... the system seems to know roughly where I am most of the time (i usually keep it with map display on) but just lately the screen keeps slowly spinning at various points. Kinda like the giro has gone duff but then returns to normal for a while - then goes again..!

Any Ideas

i'd check the usual things like water ingress in the rear cubby hole and the gps antenna connections.. ... - .- -.
