I guess the reason I'm not too aggrieved is that I've experienced problems with most of the cars I've bought.
Before converting to RR I had previously had Jag's including the new shape Xj .I've learnt that the more tech they put on cars the more opportunity for things to go wrong.
Where I sit on the car is very much down to the efficiency of the dealer in putting problems right.
Even though the car went back 4 times the dealer always worked quickly to help,always provided an equivalent loan car,kept me in the loop on the progress of the repairs and made sure any inconvenience was minimised .This included delivering replacement car to my door at 8.30pm because I went out to a fireworks display.
I have now had the car back 3 days and all the problems seem sorted.
Would I buy another RR ?
At this moment I'm unsure but considering all the problems I've had with other brands its too early to say.
