accessing the diagnostic screen is common knowledge but i dont think you can adjust anything in it....dont know what the 'night mode' settings are... ... - .- -.

I use that secret menu code, gives you a lot of build configuration data and does allow limited diagnostics, will also give you a voltage reading for the alternator/battery.

I've used these screens before by using the 753 code and after speaking to someone they told me about the 134679 one where he told me that you can alter certain things and a few more boxes appeared one been this night mode timer which I pressed without taking note of what it was on and now don't no what I've done if anything not noticed any changes but wanted to put it back to where it was |

Thanks for replying DISCOTIGGER dose that mean it's gone back to normal now phew but what is night mode timer anyway ? |

I think it has to do with the satnav screen settings, i.e. brightness settings, whether it automatically darkens when the lights are switched on, or set to dim at certain times.
