Anyone here with an A-Bar fitted?

Just wondered if there any drawbacks with an A-Bar on the L322?

I've never seen one 'in the flesh' on a FFRR so I'm looking for reassurance (or otherwise) that it's worthwhile. The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile

There is a Java black HSE I see in Oban with the OEM A bar and to me it looks odd and unbalenced (in a way a winch didn't) but it's certanly each to their own, a bit like goatee beards really. Laughing 2008 MY Supercharged

Have also seen one around the Glasgow area and as Axle say's each to their own , It kinda takes away the appearance of the FFRR , Chunky looking yes but we are not all sheep as i say.

Have also seen one with the Full A-bar , thats the one that envelops the headlights , that one is Pish .............. Thumbs Up

Yup! Thumbs Up

About a quarter of the retail price for a brand new one (06MY+). Still not convinced though. Neutral

Stu - the one with the wrap round lampguards doesn't need a poll to see if it's totally pants. It just is! Rolling Eyes

This is the one I'm contemplating:

That's better - although have to say I prefer the look without the bar. Would you get the spots?

Hmm...I was going to vote totally pants, but after seeing the A frame with spots, it looked pretty good, does anyone has a side view pic?

Where did that pic come from? Is it from a vehicle build tool so we can try it in different colours? The one on the LRUK site is rubbish. Discovery 4 HSE
