Yes car completely shuts down (gear lever red bulb goes out as well); only needs 30 mA then, so seems OK to me. But then there is a sudden wake-up of something , goes up to 120 to 200 mA for only 15 min. This occurs every 2 - 3 hours. |

Rangie4fun: Do you have front wipers or jets on your headlights? I was advised to pick out the fuse for the front wipers as they tend to cause a lot of draining problems.

@SASS; yes I do have wipers/washers on headlights, so thanks for another useful direction to look for. The wipers fuse is now on the list. Do you happen to know which numer it is?
